Chapter 1: The Boy on the Hood

The first sound was a body hitting metal.
A sharp slam echoed through Terminal B parking garage as a teenage boy was thrown face-first onto the hood of a black SUV.
His backpack burst open.
Books, clothes, and papers scattered across the wet concrete.
Travelers near the elevators froze.
Phones came out instantly.
Officer Travis Cole twisted the boy's wrist harder, pressing his full weight into the teenager's spine.
Marcus cried out in pain, his voice cracking with desperation.
😨
"That's my dad's car!
You can't do this!"
The officer laughed without emotion, a cold, mocking sound that rattled in the damp air.
"Your dad doesn't drive federal plates, kid.
Nice try."
Cold fluorescent lights reflected off the floor.
Patrol lights flashed red across concrete pillars, painting the entire scene in an ominous, rhythmic bl00d-red glow.
Marcus struggled to breathe, his cheek pressed flat against the freezing metal of the hood.
"You're making a mistake!
Just check the registration!"
Cole reached down, ignoring the pleas, and grabbed a black leather badge wallet that had fallen from the ruptured backpack.
He held it up for the growing crowd like a trophy, a smug grin spreading across his face.
"Now a fake federal ID too?
You're digging yourself a massive hole."
Marcus's face shifted instantly from fear to absolute panic.
"Don't open that!
You don't have authorization!"
The officer smirked, his thumb catching the edge of the leather.
"I have all the authorization I need."
He flipped it open.
Before he could read a single word—
Tires screamed through the garage, a deafening, high-pitched wail that echoed violently off the low concrete ceiling.
Two massive, unmarked black SUVs came flying around the corner, drifting hard before stopping in a synchronized, aggressive block right behind the patrol car.
Doors burst open.
Men in full tactical gear stepped out fast, calm, precise.
No yelling.
No wasted movement.
Assault rifles were leveled with chilling efficiency.
Then, one tall, broad man in a dark tailored coat walked straight through the line of tactical guards.
His expression was a mask of pure ice.
His eyes locked onto the officer, carrying a weight that pinned Cole in place.
"Take your hands off my son." 🔥
The entire garage went dead silent.
The travelers stopped filming.
The air pressure in the room seemed to drop.
Cole's hand began to tremble.
Slowly, mechanically, he let go and stepped back.
Marcus lifted his head from the hood, his eyes full of tears as the agonizing pressure finally left his back.
"Dad…" 😢
The officer looked down at the badge wallet still clutched in his shaking hand.
Gold engraving.
Official watermark.
Real.
Federal.
His face lost every ounce of color, turning a sickly, hollow white.
He had just @ssaulted the son of a high-ranking federal director.
Marcus pulled back, clutching his wrist, which was already turning a deep, angry red and beginning to swell.
The father took one step closer, his presence utterly consuming the space.
No anger.
Just absolute, terrifying control.
Then, his eyes moved past his son, past the local cops, traveling back to the rear door of the second SUV, which was still hanging wide open.
The director froze.
Something was wrong.
The calm control cracked, replaced by a sudden, rigid tension.
His voice dropped lower than before, vibrating with a danger that made the tactical guards instantly shift their stances.
"Where's the case?"
Marcus went entirely pale, his breath catching in his throat.
He couldn't speak.
The camera turned to the gaping darkness of the empty back seat.

Nothing inside.
And across the garage, the heavy steel doors of the service elevator slid shut with a soft, final click.
